The Malaysian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (MSNT) and the 8TH MINDTCE Organizing Committee ("we", "us", "our") respect the privacy of your personal information and strive to maintain the confidentiality of the data you provide.

  • Exception: Basic delegate information (Name, Company, Job Title) may be shared with confirmed Exhibitors and Sponsors of the 8TH MINDTCE for professional networking and business matching, which is a core objective of this event.

If you have registered for the 8TH MINDTCE, we may occasionally update you on conference schedules, technical papers, future MSNT events, and industry news via e-mail.

  • Transactional Emails: Please note that you cannot opt out of essential transactional emails regarding your booking status, payment receipts, or urgent event logistical updates.
